Q. Right down the definition of Amplitude and Phase.

Answer:
Amplitude : The maximum displacement of the vibrating or oscillating object on both sides of the mean position is called its amplitude.
Phase: The state of motion of a vibrating particle at any instant is called its phase at that instant
